Important Policy Notice
All sales made by Solar Mart are treated as final. Once a product is sold, delivered, installed or handed over to the customer, it will not be eligible for return or replacement except where direct manufacturer warranty support applies. Customers are requested to confirm product details carefully before placing any order.
No Return Policy
After purchase, Solar Mart does not accept product returns for change of mind, wrong selection by customer, design preference, size mismatch, compatibility misunderstanding, or delayed installation planning.
No Replacement Policy
Sold products cannot be replaced once dispatched, delivered, installed or opened, unless the item is covered under official manufacturer warranty inspection and approval process.
Why This Policy Exists
Solar and electrical products often require technical matching, handling safety and manufacturer verification.
Technical Products
Solar panel, battery, inverter, controller and pump systems are technical products that must be selected carefully according to voltage, watt, load and usage requirement.
Safety & Handling
Many solar and DC products are sensitive electrical items. After dispatch or opening, they may not remain suitable for resale, testing or re-delivery.
Customer Confirmation
We request every customer to verify model, capacity, size, power rating and application before final order confirmation.
Products Covered Under This Policy
The no return and no replacement policy applies to most products supplied by Solar Mart.
Solar Panel
Solar panels, modules and related supply products are covered under this policy after sale and delivery.
Battery
Battery products once sold, charged, fitted or delivered are not eligible for return or replacement from store side.
Inverter
Inverter units are non-returnable and non-replaceable after sale, unless official brand warranty process applies.
Charge Controller
Charge controller products must be checked before order. Opened or delivered units are not returnable.
Solar Submersible Pump
Pump and motor related solar products are covered due to technical matching and usage-specific installation requirements.
DC Products
DC fan, DC light, solar street light and similar products are also included under this policy.

2. Confirm Model & Compatibility

If you are unsure about any product, please contact Solar Mart support before payment or order confirmation.
4. Inspect at Delivery Time
Customers should inspect visible packaging condition and product name at the time of receiving the item.
Warranty Note
Some products may include manufacturer warranty depending on brand and model. Warranty support, if available, will follow only the official company or manufacturer terms and service conditions. Solar Mart does not guarantee instant replacement from shop side unless specifically approved by manufacturer policy.
